Paid Services: Enrollment in 1:1 Strategic Career Coaching, Group Resilience & Growth Workshops, and other paid services requires payment as specified on the Order Form or Sales Page. Specific refund, cancellation, and delivery policies for paid services will be detailed at the point of sale.
3. User Obligations
By using the Site, you warrant that:

6. Technical Platform (Systeme.io)
This Site is hosted on the systeme.io platform (owned by ITACWT Limited). While we are responsible for the content and coaching services, the functionality and technical security of the platform are maintained by systeme.io. You acknowledge and agree that Evergreen Career Partners is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the systeme.io platform itself.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to the conflict of laws thereof, and to the laws of the United States of America.
